Ventilation fans installation process and use process

Installation: fan into, export pipeline connection should be adjusted to natural anastomosis, shall not impose connection, and can be used when necessary soft connection.
After installation: 
(1) You should be manual dish car, check Ventilation fan is flexible operation,phenomenon without collision, before the test run.
(2) in order to prevent motor overloaded burned down, and when ventilation fan start in ,it must be in no load startup, such as the situation is good then increase load.Fan operation:
(1) Before ventilation fan start the intake should be closed.
(2) Check the fan each place is normal or not.
(3) Ventilation fan in the provisions under load operation after period of time, should check bearing temperature is normal or not. When bearing temperature no special requirements, the bearing temperature rise generally shall not be higher than 40 ℃ temperature environment. Bearing parts of the Vibration velocity  effective value Vrms≤7.1mm/s. If found to have severe vibration, bump, bearing temperature rise the phenomenon such as rapidly rising must be the emergency stop.
