The Marine environment complex Marine paint role cannot be neglected

Marine creatures of the sea fouling always  challenge to human being of development and application. The so-called Marine biological fouling, namely the sea creatures such as Barnacle, polyp, marine rainbow, seaweed,Calcarina , adhering to the above or below the facilities.     The world record Marine fouling organisms more than 2000 species, their number and fast growth of Marine development to cause great harm. As for as ships and warships, being concluded to the following four points:    

first, cause the increase of hull quality and the surface roughness increases, which will reduce the speed of ships, and improved reliability, an estimated 44% of the fuel depletion can increase, sailing to increase the cost 77%.    

Second, increasing the frequency of the dock ship repair, maintenance will waste a lot of time and resources, and maintenance process will produce large amounts of toxic substance.  

Third, destroying paint film, cause local corrosion, change of coating and the electrochemical corrosion caused by conductivity.    

Fourth, the introduction of new species from the ship, sailing across multiple in general to the sea, and thus easy to put a sea creature of the sea to the other, causing species invasion problem.
